Title: Do people really care about sustainability? Navigating the gap between intention and action

Synopsis: Consumer research continually finds that while an increasing number of consumers say they care about sustainability, their actions are not mirroring their values, with other attributes taking on increased importance. With the climate crisis becoming evermore urgent, new strategies are necessary to ensure that businesses are putting themselves in the best position for the future. This presentation looks at emerging consumer behaviours and whether businesses need to wait for the consumer to start to take action.
