The National Indigenous Culinary Institute provides employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into the hospitality industry through commercial cookery apprenticeships and hospitality traineeships. Our Skills for Success program was developed by industry leaders sch as Neil Perry and Jill Dupliex, with a focus on developing and supporting Indigenous chefs working in Fine Dining restaurants. Over the course of almost 10 years, or program has expanded throughout NSW and Victoria, with a more national focus in the coming years.
