Amber Kaba is an acclaimed and celebrated chef who started her early career at Quay in Sydney before heading over to work in Michelin starred restaurants in London. After arriving back home she continued her pursuit for excellence as the executive Chef of an exclusive catering company, as well as combining her love for food and health by completing a diploma in Health Science and Nutrition.

She founded The White Jacket Effect to address mental health issues in the hospitality industry and hopes to raise awareness and ultimately produce a shift in attitude for the better.
