Single Origin Skincare which reclaims and upcycles used coffee grounds from cafes to create luxurious organic skincare products and MelbourneChefs, which tackles broad ranging issues in the hospitality industry (such as retention, alcohol and drug use, bullying) and the greater food system by starting and supporting community food-based projects. Recently MelbourneChefs started collecting and sharing Food Stories in order to create real connections between the people who grow food and the custodians of that legacy, the people who cook it.
