Project Rockit we meet at last

Project Rockit were the 2020 Ethical Enterprise Award winners but unlike every other year, we were not able to celebrate over a dinner and officially hand over the trophy. So we took advantage of the easing of COVID restrictions earlier in the month and popped over, fully masked to meet the team at their offices in Collingwood.

We are now taking applications for this year's Impact People Mentoring and Coaching Program. Are you a Founder of impact businesses and social enterprises starting up, or who have started, but are still resolving their market and product offerings. This course will take you through:

• Positioning

• Partnership

• Storytelling

• Extrapolated pitch culminating in a three- minute presentation.

International Women’ Day #ChooseToChallenge

On March 22, Moral Fairground in partnership with Flying Fox Fabric, Ikuntji Artists and Women for Women Cambodia will host an unrepeatable International Women's Day Online Event
featuring Aboriginal Artist Keturah Zimran from Ikuntji Artists located in Haasts Bluff, Northern Territory, Chanveasna Nhean - from Cambodia - Founder/Director of Women For Women a social enterprise in Cambodia that recruits, trains, supports and employs disabled women and minority groups in remote communities, and Felicity Wright Founder of Flying Fox Fabric a social enterprise that combines her love of Indigenous textiles with zest for fair trade, creating a cross-cultural project that facilitates manufacturing of products made out of hand-printed/woven fabrics.

A rare opportunity to connect with female Aboriginal Artists in remote communities to get some insights on how Aboriginal people see fabric and what fabric means to them. #ChooseToChallenge as you hear about the interesting relationship between remote Aboriginal Communities, Women For Women, a Cambodian Social Enterprise employing people with disabilities and Felicity Wright of Flying Fox Fabric.

Neighbourhood House (BANH) have made it through to the community voting

stage for the Women's Health Economic and Inclusion Project (WHEI

Project). 

The Women's Health Economic and Inclusion Project (WHEI Project) is a holistic program for migrant and refugee women which builds their enterprise skills as well as supports their health, wellbeing and resilience. The program has been co-designed and will be run primarily by past and present migrant and refugee women living in the council estates.

Kyle joins our team

Kyle Burrows joined the Moral Fairground team in February of 2021, he’s a passionate Musician that toured around Australia and released several projects. He’s a Creative, constantly working on expressing himself through various artistic mediums including; Graphic Design, Writing, Photography, Painting, and Music. He joined the Moral Fairground team because he was very passionate about making an impact in the world around him, studying Community Services, he is extremely passionate about helping those in need and creating a safe and inclusive community

Visions for a better world

@Transitions Film Festival is returning this summer with another inspirational line-up of documentaries aimed at inspiring a better world! This year's festival showcases a huge range of amazing films about ethical business, creative innovation, the wonders of nature, protecting biodiversity, and solving the climate crisis.
